Exchange / Return Policy

Dear Customers,

As a commitment from “Apex for medical wear” towards its valued customers, kindly find below our Exchange / Return policy terms,
in order to make it easy for you:

• Exchange / Return are available within 14 working days from purchase date.
  
• Items to be exchanged or refunded must be unused, on packed condition and hand tag should be attached.
• Exchange / Return will be available only if the original printed receipt is submitted.
• Exchange / Return for washed or ironed products, Embroidered uniforms, head cap or Undershirts are not permitted unfortunately.
• Products that were purchased before the offers and sales periods may not be returned during the sales and offers periods.
• Website orders could be Exchanged from our 15 branches around the country, or through delivery with double charge fees.
  
• Returns could be done from our 15 branches around the country, or through delivery with one trip charge fees.
